Shopping for a new life

wearing: leather jacket - Kosmika; shirt - thrifted; trousers - Tom Tailor ; runners - New Balance

Hey, hey, hey.
Back at blog with some ideas. For real, I'm having such a trashy time rn that I basically have neither enough time nor energy to really think my outfits over. So here is another basics example for you. Black simple bottom, stripped shirt or tee, leather jacket and shoes of your choice. You can never go wrong with it 'cause all the forms are so simple and there's only one pattern to strike. Yet you look quite put together and feel comfortable.
I've been shopping for two days now. Literally day to night 24/7 searching for furniture, accessories and all that stuff. Pray for me to live trough it.
Love you guys. Just know you're beautiful.

Stressed out

When problems overwhelm you...

"...Take all your problems
and rip 'em apart

Carry them
In a shopping cart

And another thing
You should've known from the start
The problems in hand
Are lighter than at heart..."

As sang by White Stripes. Just a song? Well yeah, but it actually makes a lot of sense. It's impossible to deal with everything at the same time. You should be either a superman or a crazy-man or a deadman to actually be capable of doing such a thing. I'm not saying you can't. If you can then just do it. You do you. If you've done it go show your example and help us - all the broken, the beaten and the damned.
Now common, let's admit that we've made countless number of promises to ourselves to get happy, to be more socially acceptable or anything else. Every new year, every new school year and so on. But did it work? Did it? What to do if drowning in problems and insecurities is your constant state of life?I think I'm the greatest example as at the begging of every school year I went with a new fresh start and lots of promises to myself. But it just never worked out. The whole semester in Uni I've been trying to be that kind of sweet cutie girl who likes everyone and dresses like a girly girl. Waking up in the morning late for classes and looking back on how stupid it was I just realise that I really should stop carrying about what people think because NOBODY CARES. There are billions of people spending their existence on this planet so why you should be the ultimate centre of it? This is not a freaking Mary Sue/Marty Stu fanfic.
It's always high time to start sorting out your life. First of all, BE YOU. Gosh, look around, it's 2016 it's the best time to be whatever freak you think you are. Secondly, take your time. I personally don't think that it's good to rush into dealing with stuff you have piled up in your "do-it-later" section. Just take a moment to run away from all that shit and, man, relax. Whether that'll be an hour, a day or a couple of weeks, just do it, let your body and mind distress a little bit. Now, when you've gained some conscious back to your mind and probably want to stay in this perfect bobble forever it's the turn for being true to yourself. Just literally sit down and write down all the stuff you need to deal with. Doesn't matter if it's big or small. Just clear the boundaries. It will help you stop wasting time on useless things. Finally, break it all in pieces and deal with it as good as you can. Just know that it'll give you a relief every time you you get to cross out a line or two from your list.
Okay okay. Finished on philosophical advices. I'm now going to do the same and try to gain my powers back. YOU'RE NOT ALONE. We're doing this together. And hey, I'll keep you up and the probability of me not being such a lazy ass and actually dealing with my problems.

Leather and air

wearing: jacket - Kosmika; sweater - Ferre; trousers - Tom Tailor ; scarf - Valentino; shoes - nike air rift

The basic concept of air and leather is to wear something really light and feminine with a leather jacket or pants to make it pop. Here I just went for a casual look 'cause you could've edited heels to this and look hot af but I was feeling that Japan-esque vibe in the morning so I literally built my outfit around these beautiful Nikes. Oh, and don't forget a statement piece if you're dressing monochrome to avoid looking sad and grey.

Camel Casual

wearing: coat - Zara; kimono - Oasis; shorts - Zara; shoes - Benta

Yet going basic for another day and what can be easier to style then a camel coat. Got some vibes from Japanese style as you can judge by the jacket. I love sakura so much.
Don't really have to say anything today so just go enjoy your life

That Kind of Feeling

wearing: bomber - Armani; sweater - h&m; jeans - mango; sneakers - converse x Martin Margiela

Good whatever time of the day it is.
You know this feeling when you wake up late but you don't feel a rush and just do everything calmly and kinda automatically. That's me today. Probably, the stylish advice of today is to go norm-core on such lazy days. You just choose something basic, so your outfit can't be fucked up in any way. And what can more basic then good old jeans and a plain sweater on top. I kinda put a twist to it by adding mystery shoes which basically get more coloured the more you wear them but you can pair this look with literally any kind of shoe style.
Oh, we had uni near the forest today as usual on Wednesdays and the weather was so great. I even had a lovely lunch with my friends near a river. Sunny days are the best.
Loves.

DIY Saitama phonecase

Today I'm going to give you an easy guide on how to create your own Saitama phone case. Wondering who's he? He's one of a kind hero from an anime called One Punch Man, not going to go deep in it as the name says it aaaaaand if you haven't watched it /like tf for real???/ go do it now!  I can't even express how obsessed I became with this show, you guys, it's literally GOALS!
Okay, lil disclaimer: I'm by no means a professional nor do I know to do it perfectly. Enjoy it still)

Things you'll need:

- one phone case /doesn't matter old or new or whatsoever/
- acrylic paint: white, brown, black + pink and yellow optional
- painting brushes /big and small/
- a pencil and an eraser
- some surface to mix colours
- polish to help our masterpiece stay in place

Instructions:

1. Get out your phone case.

If it's white you can skip this part, if it's not then clean it and paint a few coats of white acrylic paint until you can't see any other colour showing out. That will for as our foundation. I personally had a very dark green coloured case with some birds pattern; it took me 3 coats to hide it completely waiting about 15-30 min between applying each coat.

2. Creating colour.

That's the part where we're making skin /sorry if sounds weird/.
Basically you just mix a little bit of brown with white. I don't have an exact measurement, just play with until you feel like it's the right colour. Also use yellow and pink yo adjust the colour even more.
Tip: if you're not sure if your colour's right then just find something in your house that has the closest colour to what you want. I use my hand, lol

3. Now, as we have foundation and colour-grading done it's time for the most complex part.

Facial features. You need first to decide how big or small it's going to be. The next step is to look at the image and sketch it on paper /if you feel like doing it/. Now you're ready to sketch it with a pencil on your phone case. Tip: try not to get very messy with sketch because it's freaking hard to take a lot of pencil of acrylic paint, that's why I recommend to do it on paper first. When you're happy with the look just go and paint it bros. Tip: I did the inner colours first and then lined them

4. Polishing.
Okay, this step is optional but if you want to make it all look really silky and stay for a long time than do put some clear polish on top. It will help to smooth any imperfections and bumps and also keep the colours vibrant.

You're done! Congrats! We've made it! Go have a treat and rematch OPM :3
