Fresh Summer Look | OOTD

Bonjour, my friends!
With this off white combo we're coming back to our time. Thankfully, these days you can whatever you want and I want a fresh summer outfit that would feel like an oasis party in the middle of the concrete jungle. As a matter of fact, I talked about white on white combo before and I'll encourage you again to try it. Even tho it might seem like a risky colour to wear all over your body, it'll make you stand out form the crowd and look sun kissed even if you're a pale bitch like me.  You can also show some skin and do some colour-blocking by incorporating a small splash of vivid colour somewhere in your look.

Back to the 60s | OOTD

Bonjour, my friends!

Where are going back to the future form 30s to 60s. This is another decade I really love. A lot of geometric shapes, short dresses, low heels, high hair up-do's and most importantly big sunglasses and earrings. All these 60s trends are giving me life plus it's super easy to style something like this nowadays. Choose a short dress with back cutouts are straight fit and don't forget about bold colours and prints. For accessories search for a pair of big round glasses or cat-eyes and some old-school big geometric earring. Keep your bags small and your up-do high. Ah, right, apply mascara and black liner on both top and bottom for a bold look. For my look I choose a  straight yellow dress with square pockets from Zara, some old sunglasses and a pair of block heels with a white rectangles. As for the cinematic inspo I recommend Men from UNCLE, which is both a good movie and a good fashion guide through the 60s.

How to Style Off the Shoulder Trend | OOTD

How's your week going so far? I thought today we'd talk about off-the-shoulder trend. It rightfully deserves it's place among other top trends for those past few seasons but with summer  finally here it's been popping even more because the weather is actually nice enough to wear it and not get cold. I mean in reality fashion not only stole our smiles but also and ability to wear weather appropriate clothes so the fact that this summer is kinda cold doesn't  really matter. It's warmer than a few months ago and that's more than enough. For this look tho I paired my bodysuit with a pair of high-waisted flair pants to accentuate my waist and keep that flowy wavy theme throughout my whole outfit. I think it works pretty well. You can also pair this top with a flowy midi skirt or a pair of high-waisted "pyjama" shorts. Also, while getting ready I figured out that you can even wear a turtleneck (in a bodysuit style) underneath this top and you'll be both warm and trendy. As for the shoes, most of the times I'd recommend a good block heel sandals and a kitten heel maybe. Although if you're wearing an off-the-shoulder dress just go for a pair of trusty sneakers (like Stan Smiths) or mules. Lastly, of your off-the-shoulder top is all cropped and loose then I recommend choosing a straight or wide-legged pair of pants (maybe culottes) or a maxi skirt - this will make you look thinner and taller. What a bargain!

Trendy Ways to Wear a Dress | OOTD

Bonjour, my friends!

Today we're touching upon a trend that's been there for a while now and it totally deserves to stay for some more time. Yes, we're talking about dresses and wearing clothes under them. Last year a slip dress on top of a tee reached it's peak and now a lot of fashionistas wear sheer dresses. I think it's really fun in general wearing dresses on top of something and it's a trendy way to layer up. So I paired this long rather sheer dress with a long sleeve shirt and a pair of sneakers. It's a casual outfit with a little twist. Adding some colour to your outfit is an easy way diversify your everyday basics just think of endless possibilities allowing you to have different looks just by changing one or two pieces. It's a really way to work with small wardrobe or a capsule one. Having  a few basic clothes that fit you well and some really interesting colourful pieces is an ultimate recipe to a good look. That proves you don't have to have a lot of clothes to have a lot of cool looks.

Ready, Suit Up, Go | OOTD

Bonjour, my friends!

How about starting a new week with a Bawse Girl outfit and what can be better for that than a suit. Suits are very powerful pieces of your everyday outfits if you find a nice one it'll not only make you look gorgeous but also will make you feel like you're in control of everything that's happening in your life. Remember Barney even had a song about how much he loves his suits. Of course, the easiest choice would a matching pants and blazed duo but we all know that it can really hard to find so mixing and matching different pieces is the perfect way out. Besides, it will bring you a lot more options. The key thing when choosing your clothes is looking for similarities in colours, patterns or materials. You need to  have something in-common even if it's just a vibe. I went for a burgundy kinda colour and matched my favourite blazer with an old gingham pair of pants. They are not exactly one shade but definitely in the same colour range. It also so happened that I paired my blouse and heels just because I wanted something light and kinda nudish to tone it down a little bit. I think overall it's pretty simple but also office appropriate look.

Rough Leather, Intricate Silk & Soft Cashmere | OOTD

Today the weather is definitely on the cooler side so I layered up to stay warm. And I thought, why not use the opportunity and mix a lot of different forms and materials. I sheer shirt asked for something underneath it and a cashmere dress seemed to be fitting enough for the occasion. I personally like wearing contrasting materials like rough leather and soft cashmere or silk. All materials are complementing each other making it a perfectly balanced look.

Easy Day to Night | OOTD

Bonjour, my friends!

Today's Friday and this means going out with your bros and parting all night! That's why I chose a versatile look that can be easily changed from day to night. It's somewhat inspired by Bella Hadid. So for the daytime we have hear a tight fitting dress, a short denim jacket, sneakers and a silk scarf. Quite a simple chic outfit. But for going out you change sneakers for heels and wear a leather jacket instead if denim. Viola, you're ready for the party!

How to Stylish Office Look | OOTD

 Bonjour, my friends!

Today's look isn't just stylish but trendy and hella comfortable. Let me explain...
You know, I'm big fan a minimalism and monochrome. You can also tell I have basics colours in my look today - nude and black. I think a costume is definitely one of the most office appropriate things but look closer - the pants and the jacket kinda are loose fitting which makes them super comfortable and the asymmetrical crop adds some trendiness. The jacket is fitted around the sleeves so it looks quite flattering. Now about shoes, pool slides and mules are on top this season and they're super comfy so go for one of these.  I'm wearing a nude cotton sweater so I can keep warm but not too hot.
That's it today's style recipe is taking something simple and adding a few trendy bits here and there.
