Plan with Me #7 | October + weekly spreads

Bonjour, my friends!

Well, isn't it finally autumn outside! I'm so excited to start a new chapter in my life this season (aka new uni and restarting this blog). My bullet journal (or planner) is still mostly the same tho. You can see I have my usual monthly greed here with finally added timelines for uni schedule and important events, as well as future log (aka next month) with some space to fill. Along the way, I discovered that using that free space on the right like a weekly plans overview is better than just putting some random notes there. However, we still have a place for notes on this spread as well as on the next one.
Speaking of it, next spread houses a habit tracker and a free page for random stuff I need to remember . Finally, we're left with a two weekly spreads. I've tried different styles because I'm not sure which one I prefer but I think they're both pretty cute ehehe.

Don't Be Afraid to Experiment | OOTD

Bonjour, my friends!
Tuesday is here and what's the better day to experiment? (literally any other day I guess, lol) I know that being risky with fashion choices may be not everyone's piece of cake but it's 2017 outside looking crazy is a style now.  I'm telling you is that it's all worth trying 'cause you never know. Even if you think it's going to look ridiculous, just try it on. Who knew this socks would look good with dat Nike shoes or this midi skirt paired with some strange side thing but tell me it doesn't look at least interesting. Honestly, these socks (the kinda glittery and shiny ones) are my seasonal favs. I think I saw them first in large quantities during Seoul FW so definitely expect them to be the next It thing this fall/winter (oh, they are absolutely comfortable and not itchy at all).
So if you need some motivation or courage to try out new combinations, here it is, right here, right now, I'm telling you that you, kid, have your own unique sense of style and can experiment with looks however you desire. Just go for it!

wearing: shirt - Oodji; skirt - Stradivarius; side half-skirt - CopCopine; shoes - Nike AirForce; socks - any korean brand; vest - Camaieu

My Ideal Blogging Routine + Tips | Part 1

Bonjour, ma babes!
This time I'm going to tackle something that I may actually talk about from my own experience and perspective. Although my blogging game hasn't been always on top, I can still say that I've been doing this for over a year and a half so I have some things to share. First of all, I'm a huge planner person and making lists/ keeping planners is my absolute passion but I'm also very lazy, love procrastinating and get easily distracted by literally anything so sticking to my plans can be really hard. Tho, this year I promised myself to become better at doing life and change for good. Anyhow, I can kinda say that I established a somewhat Blogging Routine of my own, so here it is.

Let's start from just general things on my list

As it is essentially a fashion and lifestyle blog I need to keep it up by uploading my OOTDs with which I usually write some tips on styling as well as some lifestyle posts most of which are series - weekly: like Persona and Fashion Inspiration, posts talking furthering themes of Ph.L.; monthly: like Philosophical Life and some other. Sometimes I also write one-time posts like this, keeping track of which really helps to get all my creative ideas into real posts. However, some weeks can get kinda busy so I always check my timetable on the weekend before planning new uploads.

My Daily Routine is pretty simple and I think similar to any other blogger's routine. I try to upload everyday during weekdays on my blog and do at least 1-2 photos on Insta. However, on the weekends I mostly just chill and answer any leftover emails, comments and etc. I also make an effort to go on most social media platforms everyday because it's vital to stay active there if you wanna build your trusty online family, especially if you're new to this like I am. Stats are important as well 'cause I gotta learn what my audience wants to see more than anything.

Not much people talk about it but I think there're some important steps you shouldn't forget after posting a blog. First of all, choose your most desired platform and orientate photos the right way specifically for this platform, for me vertical seems to be the best choice. After a post goes live I usually will check it for any mistakes just in case then I'll share it on google plus, pin some photos from it to Pinterest, share it on Facebook and post corresponding photo with a link on my Insta, also if that's an outfit post, I'll share my ootd on LookBook as well because it seems to give a lot of new attention. After these all I add my post to a corresponding collection on Bloglovin'. Everything that's left to do is just be active on social media for a bit so my post gets noticed more.

Thanks for stopping by, babes.
Love ya all <3

Fashion and Style Inspiration: Art and Aesthetics

Bonjour my friends!

I'm finally back from my Europe adventures and that means my Monday and Friday series are back as well. If you have read any of my previous Monday posts then you that I like talking mostly just about people here (like, day, that's the most logical thing) but today I wanted to tackle a different side of all these. There are a lot of creative people that find there inspiration in nature, art and literally anything, honestly, same works for our everyday looks and outfits 'cause we're all artists guys, we create our own lives. Okay now, before it goes too deep, let's dig in.
Of course you guys are better at being up to date with news and info than I am so you probs know that people create looks inspired by music, books, colours, art and just general aesthetic or theme. Maybe it may sound more complicated but you sure will have more room to be creative with your outfit. But like how do you really do it? Let me give you some tips.

By what can you be inspired?

1. Style

Everything has it's own style, weather it's minimalistic, baroque or avant-garde, your outfit, makeup and hair can be that style too. Oh my God, for real? Yeah, it's 2k17 outside looks is more like art than ever

2. Form and pattern

That's quite an interesting thing you can be inspired by and rather close to real fashion as well. Forms and patterns have been inspiring greatest fashion designers for many many years, like stripes are so in right now. So we can do the same and translate beautiful forms and rich patterns into our looks. For example this picture ^ defiantly would inspire a very simple but tight-fitting silhouette.

3. Texture

As there are different types of paint there are different types of materials your clothes is made from. I'm sure you can see some similarities between these two, like silk and water-colours or cotton and gouache. However, no need to make things so complicated because you work just the vibes of whatever you're being inspired by, is it light and fluffy or heavy, deep and vibrant? Work with dat

4. Colour palette

This one's pretty easy. There millions of colour palettes all over internet just for you from your fav movies, paintings, music clips and so on. Choose your favourite and work it

5. Emotions

Finally, for my most creative people. For the most part we as human beings feel different emotions from and about literally anything so why not use it to inspire your outfit, right? Are you feeling old school or maybe you wanna be mysterious and dark? Give yourself a make-over for a day.

Hope you got some inspo from this, dudes and dudets
Stay creative, stat true
