30 DAY WATER CHALLENGE + free printable water tracker

How's going your first 30 Days of becoming a better version of yourself? (Do not what I'm talking about? Read the post here and a 30 day self-care challenge here. Join us on our journey)
As I promised, I'm going to be posting a new challenge or tips every other week to help us reach our goals easier. And yes, this time there will be Free Downloadable Printables just for you.

It'll be easier to  accomplish your daily goal if you remember some of this things:
  • drinking water in the morning (~ 30 min before breakfast) not only contributes to keeping a healthy level of hydration throughout the day but also helps you wake up
  • 30 min before any meal also helps you curb your appetite and as a result you won't overeat 
  • 1 hour after meals and generally in between meals is time when your body will naturally feel thirsty so just listen to what your body says to you. (Also helps to snack less)





Drinking around 2 liters of water per day is a healthy recommended amount. So it's somewhere around 8-10 glasses of water. I created this little tracker to make it easier for you.

However, if you're active through out the day and move a lot then your desired amount is about 3 liters.


Here are some useful tips:


  • add fresh fruits or oils to your water to make it tasty
  • invest in cute water bottle and carry it around with you
  • set reminders on your phone 
  • remember that you to follow a gradual pattern to keep your body equally hydrated throughout the day
  • use a tracker or my printable to check yourself
