Full Cleaning Guide + Free Printable & Tracker | Philosophical Life

Bounjour, my friends!
Have you wondered how often you need to clean things and to replace them to stay clean? Well, behold a big Cleaning Guide where you'll find most everyday things you deal with like towels, bedding, tooth brushes, makeup brushes, dust and more. This post is a final post for these 30 Days of Philosophical Life "Clean Life" series where I combined everything we've talked about throughout this "month". You can join our journey on getting your life together one step at a time starting with first Philosophical Life post

As I mentioned before, for this Cleaning Guide I put together all the aspects I've already written about and added some Trackers and Tips for you. There will be a link at the end of this post so you can download all the goodies. You guys know, that I don't like overwhelming posts with a lot of text because you get lost in it and can't concentrate on important things so instead of writing a shit tone of things I'll will just mention some bullet points and leave links for specific posts where I thoroughly explain everything about each element of the table overhead.
I've developed three types of cleaning: Light, Medium and Deep. It helps to stay as clean as possible without spending too much time on doing useless things. This is quite easy to understand but I feel like saying a few things. First of, deep clean does not always mean actually cleaning, like for Beauty Blender, Konjac Sponge and Tooth Brush - it actually means replacing them with new ones. Secondly,  light clean is not always a must like with makeup brushes - I understand that you not always have time for that. However, medium is definitely obligatory as well as light clean for everything else (except makeup brushes).
Don't worry if you are a little bit confused by all of these because Trackers that I included in a doc linked at the end of the post will help understand everything and develop your own system. You can also check out how I use these Trackers in real life (like in this pic ☟) in my Plan w/ Me series where I show you my planner/bullet journal: April, May, June July.

Now as promised you can check out any of the themes you want to and see what, how and when needs to be cleaned or washed, or replaced.
